Diagram of Geometric Alterations (ΔΓΜ)

With extensive experience in correcting erroneous cadastral entries and handling complex spatial updates within areas under the Operational Cadastre, mtopo.gr undertakes the technical drafting of Geometric Alteration Diagrams (ΔΓΜ), in accordance with the specifications of the Hellenic Cadastre.
These diagrams are required for the rectification of cadastral inaccuracies, boundary shifts, parcel subdivisions or mergers, and other spatial modifications stemming from court decisions, ownership claims, or administrative approvals.
Where a Cadastral Office is already in operation, there is a strict five-year deadline for submitting a correction request through the Cadastral Dispute Committee. In cases involving inaccurate boundary lines, title discrepancies, or spatial inconsistencies, mtopo.gr prepares and submits the ΔΓΜ in HGRS87 format, ensuring full compliance with applicable cadastral legislation.
