When submitting a correction of cadastral entries (Διόρθωση Κτηματολογικών Εγγραφών), it also includes a legal and technical review of the applicable grounds, supported by appropriate evidence, title documents, and diagrams depicting spatial changes.
In cases involving complex property issues (e.g. inheritance, adverse possession, claims against the Hellenic Republic, etc.), mtopo.gr offers legal-technical consulting and prepares the necessary documentation for the recognition of rights.
Additional services include the submission of expert technical opinions to the Cadastral Dispute Committee (Επιτροπή Ενστάσεων Κτηματολογίου) and the representation of clients before relevant authorities when required.
