Boundary Delineation of Private Properties

Determining the exact legal boundaries of a parcel is a technically demanding process. The licensed surveyor is required to convert the legal property description found in title deeds into spatial data, typically expressed as ground coordinates. This conversion requires a combination of: Historical deed analysis, Modern surveying technologies, Methodical fieldwork and archival research. The goal is to achieve accurate and undisputed boundary delineation, minimizing legal disputes between neighboring owners.
