Coastal Zone and Shoreline Delimitation Survey

The shoreline (Aigialos) and beach zone (Paralia) topographic diagram is a complete spatial and cadastral survey compiled in HGRS87. It complies with the specifications of the Hellenic Cadastre and Mapping Agency and the General Secretariat for Public Property, and is required to define the legal limits of:
• The shoreline (Aigialos): maximum wave reach
• The beach zone (Paralia): additional public access buffer inland from the shoreline
This diagram is essential for:
• Issuance of construction or concession permits near the coastline
• Inclusion of property in public leasing or coastal access projects
• Legal formalization via Government Gazette publication (ΦΕΚ)
