Topographic Diagram for Building Permit

The building permit topographic diagram is a complete geospatial study compiled in HGRS87, submitted to the Urban Planning Authority. It provides the certifying engineer with all cadastral, planning, and elevation information required to design a private development.

The diagram must be fully compliant with current construction and urban regulations, including Laws 4178/2013 and 4030/2011, and must contain all the elements necessary for the architect, civil engineer, or structural engineer to proceed with safe and lawful permit issuance.
